Most in-stock mattresses are delivered within 3 to 7 business days. Custom orders or specialty sizes may take up to 2-3 weeks depending on the manufacturer.
Do you offer a sleep trial or comfort guarantee?
Yes, we offer a 90-night Sleep Comfort Guarantee. We recommend sleeping on your new mattress for at least 30 nights to allow your body to adjust before requesting an exchange.
Will you remove my old mattress when the new one arrives?
Absolutely. We offer professional White Glove Delivery which includes the setup of your new mattress and the removal of your old mattress and box spring at no additional cost.
Are your mattresses covered by a warranty?
All our mattresses come with a manufacturer's warranty ranging from 10 to 25 years. This covers structural defects like sagging or broken coils, provided the mattress is properly supported.
What financing options are available for my purchase?
We offer several flexible financing plans, including 0% APR options for qualified buyers through our banking partners, allowing you to pay over 6, 12, or 24 months.
How do I know which mattress firmness is right for me?
Choosing the right firmness depends on your primary sleeping position. Side sleepers generally prefer plush models, while back and stomach sleepers often require the extra support of a firm or luxury firm mattress.
